  • Opening Video Required: A video recording of the parcel being opened is mandatory. This helps us verify the condition of the item as it was received. The video should clearly show the packaging and the item in question.

3. How to Raise a Query If you need to report a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to dioramadesigns@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged/Incorrect Item – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Include Proof: Attach the video of the parcel being opened along with detailed photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any other relevant information.

4. Resolution Process Once we receive your query, our customer support team will review the evidence and get back to you within 48 hours with a resolution. If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
