  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Diorama Designs website.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the bottom.

2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display accurate information about our products, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • However, due to variations in screen settings or lighting, actual products may differ slightly in color or design from what appears online.
  • All our products are handmade and may vary slightly in terms of design, color, and size.

3. Custom Orders

  • For customized or made-to-order products, please note that production time may vary. The expected shipping time for customized orders is 2-3 weeks from the date of placing the order, unless otherwise communicated.
  • Once your customization request is confirmed, changes to the order cannot be made.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments for orders are accepted via the payment methods provided on our website (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for any additional charges (e.g., customs duties, import taxes) that may apply to international orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • For ready-to-ship products, we will ship your order within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Customized products may take up to 2-3 weeks for production and dispatch.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

6. Order Cancellations and Returns

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted, especially for customized products.
  • Returns: We do not accept returns on customized or made-to-order products. For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product received is in damage condition of some other product is shipped instead. Opening video of the parcel is mandatory for these returns and exchanges.
